Refund Policy

Summer Camps Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the workshop you’ve registered for. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent to all participants.

Refund Eligibility:

1. A processing fee of 5% of the workshop fee will be deducted for cancellations made 7 days or less before the workshop start date.
2. A processing fee of 20% of the workshop fee will be deducted for cancellations made 3 days or less before the workshop start date.
3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 1 day before the workshop start date or for participants who fail to attend without prior notice.

Requesting a Refund:

1. To request a refund, please email info@sustainableoasis.green with your full name, workshop name, and reason for cancellation.
2. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.

Transfers and Rescheduling :

1. Transfers:
   • If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost. Please notify us in advance with the new participant’s details.
   • Transfer requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the workshop start date.
2. Rescheduling:
   • If you need to reschedule your attendance to a different date or time, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options.
   • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval and at no addition cost
